Ingredients:
- 500g firm fish (like tuna), cut into chunks
- 1 tbsp goraka paste (or tamarind paste)
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- Salt to taste
- Curry leaves
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup water
Instructions:
- Marinate the fish with goraka paste, salt, and spices. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic, and curry leaves.
- Add the marinated fish and water. Cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
- Uncover and simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Serve with rice.
