Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 200g grated jaggery (or brown sugar)
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cashews for topping
Instructions:
- Melt the jaggery in a little water until smooth.
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
- Slowly add melted jaggery and coconut milk to the eggs while stirring continuously.
- Add cardamom, nutmeg, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Pour into a greased baking dish and top with cashews.
- Steam the mixture for about 45 minutes or until set.
- Let cool and serve.
